- Clone the app template and give it a name that shows the position being filled.
- In the Admin applet, edit the job description, required criteria, and preferred criteria.
- Use the Admin applet to share the job description with hiring team members. Ask them to use the Review & Comment applet to help refine the job description and criteria.
- Once the description is finalized, the Online Application is the link for job applicants to fill in. Candidates who use the online application are required to provide an email, so you have contact information for everyone interested in the position.
- If you intend to pre-screen applicants before an interview, use the Scoring applet to rank candidates and develop a short list.
- Use the Scoring applet to record impressions of candidates during video or in-person interviews. Hiring team members add comments and score each applicant based on the criteria in the template. The applet provides a tab for comparing candidate scores and rankings.
